The pandemic has made it near impossible to share special memories with our friends and family, but it doesn't have to limit the sweets we share. Our home bakery has taken all precautions to help you and your loved ones enjoy our treats safely.

As always, our bakers wear disposable nitrile food-safe gloves when they are handling products. Kitchen and baking materials are thoroughly washed and sanitized. Cookies are individually wrapped in heat-sealed food-grade plastic pouches, which assures that each cookie is touched only by the person enjoying it.

We are currently ONLY doing consultations via phone or video conferencing application. Our bakers are not doing in-person consultations at this time. For pick-up orders, bakers will meet you outside the home wearing gloves and masks. If payment is complete before you pick up your items, we offer curbside delivery right into your vehicle. If you will be paying in cash, we request that you bring exact change to limit exchanges during pick-up. We highly recommend that you pay ahead of time using Venmo (this information is given after confirmation of an order).

For our allergen-sensitive customers, our bakers clean the kitchen prior to starting an allergen-sensitive order. They have dedicated equipment for gluten-free/dairy-free bakes (e.g. baking trays, pastry bags, spatulas, etc.), which is stored separately so as not to comingle with any traces of gluten/dairy. As an added layer of protection, bakers wear nitrile food-safe gloves specifically stored away from the rest of our baking materials and only used during allergen-sensitive bakes. Thorough hand-washing (even though they put on gloves) occurs before any allergen-sensitive bakes begin. Our bakers also wear separate aprons to really ensure that there is no cross-contamination. All of our cookies are individually packaged in heat-sealed food-grade plastic pouches.
